Intellectual Property:
All coaching materials, documents, training programs, nutrition plans, educational resources, and proprietary systems provided by Brik by Brik Fitness, LLC are intellectual property of the company.
These materials may not be copied, distributed, sold, or shared without written permission.
Refund Policy:
Brik by Brik Coaching, Clothing, Tanning and Makeup
At Brik by Brik, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our
refund and return policy below.
Coaching:
Due to the customized nature of coaching services:
All sales are final.
Once a program, plan, or coaching service has been created or
delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Clothing and Merchandise Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery or purchase.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition
with tags attached.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to
the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was received damaged
or incorrect. Return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
Makeup and cosmetic products (for hygiene reasons)
Tanning products
Items marked “Final Sale”
Gift cards
Worn, washed, or damaged merchandise
Many retailers exclude cosmetics or personal items from returns because
they cannot be resold safely once opened.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days
of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly provide a
replacement or refund.
Shipping Damage Policy:
Brick by Brick is not responsible for items that are damaged during transit
by the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, you must file a
damage claim directly with the shipping carrier used to deliver your
package.
Customers are responsible for contacting the carrier and submitting any
required documentation, including photos of the damaged item, packaging,
and shipping label. Once the claim has been filed and documentation of the
claim has been provided to Brick by Brick, we will review the situation and
determine eligibility for a replacement item.
Replacement items will not be issued until confirmation that a claim has
been initiated with the carrier. Brick by Brick reserves the right to deny
replacement requests if a claim has not been filed with the shipping carrier.
Tanning and Makeup Services:
Due to the nature of appointment-based services:
Deposits are non-refundable.
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the
scheduled time.
No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they are shipped. Once an
order has shipped, it must follow the return process.
